1.The size of wire rope clip should suitable for the diameter of the steel wire rope. The net distance inside the U-ring shall be 1 ~ 3mm larger than the diameter of the steel wire rope. The net distance is too large to clamp the rope.

2.When in use, tighten the U-bolt until the steel wire rope is flattened by about 1 / 3. As the steel wire rope is deformed after being stressed, the rope clamp shall be tightened for the second time after being stressed to ensure the firmness of the joint.

3.The arrangement spacing between steel wire rope clips is generally about 6 ~ 7 times of the diameter of steel wire rope. The wire rope clips arranged in order. The U-bolt shall be  clamped on one side of the wire rope clips and the pressing plate shall be placed on another side of the main rope.

Correct arrangement quantity and method: the diameter of steel wire rope is less than or equal to 18mm, and the minimum quantity is 3 piece.

5.Check whether the steel wire rope clips is loose after being loaded for the first and second time. In general, nuts need to be further tightened.

6.wire rope clips can not be used for a long time. It should be inspected and scrapped regularly.
